1. Introduction

Welcome to Forage & Feast. These terms and conditions govern your participation in our foraging walks, wild food supper clubs, and private events. By making a booking or attending any of our experiences, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Due to the intimate nature of our gatherings and the preparation required for wild food menus, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund or a date transfer, subject to availability.
  • We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before an event.

3. Health, Safety & Weather

Our foraging walks take place in natural woodland environments. Terrain can be uneven, muddy, or slippery. Participants are responsible for wearing appropriate footwear and weather-resistant clothing.

We reserve the right to alter walking routes or postpone events if severe weather conditions pose a safety risk. In the rare event that we must cancel an experience, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Dietary Requirements

Because our supper club menus are uniquely crafted around seasonal and foraged ingredients, we require advance notice of any allergies or strict dietary requirements. Please inform us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled dining experience. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee adaptations without prior notice.

5. Foraging Responsibility

During guided walks, guests must strictly follow the instructions of our guides regarding what is safe to touch or consume. Never eat any wild plant or mushroom unless expressly explicitly identified and approved by our professional guides during the event. Forage & Feast assumes no liability for independent foraging actions taken during or after our walks.
