Wild Dining Experience

The Supper Club

Gather around our communal table for an evening of foraged flavors, open flames, and rustic wilderness cuisine.

Every setting reflects the season's immediate harvest.

A Feast from the Forest

We transform the season’s best wild ingredients into a multi-course dining experience. Set in an atmospheric and intimate space, our suppers celebrate the untamed flavors of the surrounding landscapes.

Each dish tells a story of the local terrain. From fire-roasted coastal catches wrapped in kelp to earthy wild mushroom tartlets, the menu shifts continuously with what the earth provides.

This is more than a meal; it is a shared celebration of time, place, and the ancient art of gathering sustenance from the wild.

From The Larder

A Sample Menu

Our offerings change continuously based on our foraging walks. This menu reflects an evening in early autumn.

To Begin
Wild garlic flatbreads prepared over coals, served with whipped meadow butter and a preserved elderflower reduction.
The Catch
Fire-roasted coastal whitefish wrapped in sugar kelp, accompanied by sea aster and a vibrant spruce shoot oil.
The Forage
An earthy wild mushroom and wood-sorrel tartlet, paired with aged local cheese and a slow-simmered root vegetable glaze.
To Finish
Caramelized birch sap tart finished with toasted hazelnuts and an infused pine needle cream.

How It Works

Our supper clubs are structured as intimate, ticketed events. Here is what to expect when you secure a seat at our table.

01

The Reservation

Dates are released seasonally. Book your seat at our communal table in advance. Spaces are strictly limited to preserve the intimacy of the evening and to align with our sustainable harvesting limits.

02

The Gathering

Arrive at our dining space and be greeted with a warm, wild-infused welcome beverage. Our guides provide a brief introduction to the evening's harvest, detailing where and how the ingredients were found.

03

The Feast

Share a carefully paced sequence of wild-inspired plates. Each course is introduced by our team, allowing you to understand the landscape through the flavors presented on your plate.

A Note on Ingredients

Dietary Requirements

Due to the hyper-seasonal and highly specialized nature of wild ingredients, our supper club menus are set on the day of the event based entirely on our foraging yields.

We strive to accommodate common allergies and dietary preferences (such as vegetarian requirements) when notified well in advance. However, as we operate a small kitchen relying on diverse wild plants, nuts, and fungi, we cannot always guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Please reach out to our team prior to booking to discuss any specific needs:
